APCOA Manchester Airport

My daughter has received 2 letter, with £60/£100 fines. Both are for the same day, The times follow on, so one was 8.44-8.47 and the other 8.48-8.55

We have been to the airport a few times recently, these are the first fines, I thought I saw a sign that said 10 minutes free.
I don't recall the details, but I picked my daughter up and there was no payment required or requested.
I sent a complaint email to Manchester Airport, but APCOA will be separate. A £200 fine is totally unreasonable and so unlawful?

    Nit unlawful,  but probably unenforceable

Read half a dozen recent Manchester Airport threads over the last 4 months

Appeal as keeper to Apcoa using the Airport template,  no blabbing about who was driving or about what happened

The new barrierless system came in about 4 months ago,  catching out dozens or hundreds of victims

    Do not pay

You won't pay a penny but DO NOT SAY WHO WAS DRIVING!

Copy the appeal shown in the Airport Drop Off Group thread ... no link, search and ye shall find!

    NEVER FAILS.
