DCB Legal - Euro Car Parks

Had a letter from DCBL in early June in relation to an alleged parking contravention all the way back to February 2023! I have absolutely no recollection of being at the car park.

To my knowledge that was the first piece of correspondence I had received. This may be because I moved house and sold the car a couple of months later.

I then received the attached letter 3 weeks ago from DCB Legal - titled Letter of Claim.

I have emailed the response in the newbies thread to info@dcblegal as per the advice.

Presumably now I just monitor my email for a response? I just wanted to open a thread for when I eventually receive further correspondence.

Thanks.

Post the Issue date from the top right hand side of the claim form below and also post the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

Also, Edit your thread title to something more suitable like

DCB LEGAL,  ECP court claim 2025

Thanks again for this, had a brief look and I think I know what to do now that it has been 5 days. The date and POC have been posted in my previous reply above. I’m not sure how to amend the thread title though.
