I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent deal in the next 2-8 weeks. It will be for 2 adults and a tot.
I have seen the centre parcs post but its still about £250, I was looking for something similar but a bit cheaper if possible, preferably in the north of england aswell,
Many thanks.

Ok not really great but how about travelodges..they have cheap rooms at the moment. You may walk and you may run
You leave your footprints all around the sun
And every time the storm and the soul wars come
You just keep on walking0 -

I can never ever find these deals that sites tell us exist.
There is a link on their home page to the £99 thing, which then takes you through to having to choose a date/location.... etc. Then you finally get told it is £500-600 for the date/location you picked.
Doesn't seem any way to find the £99 ones unless you sit down solidly for 2 days and go through every possible combination of date and location and keep trying it!
Not just this site, but most travel sites are like that.0 -

Just to say I went to Ribbyhall a couple of years ago, I think it was March/April time and some things were closed, they have a boating lake/bikes/fishing and none of it was open. I think the stables were open though. The pool and kiddies creche is really good, you can leave your little one there for a couple of hours, me and my friend went and had our hairs cut and a massage.
I would suggest taking food with you though because the shop is stupidly expensive and apart from the hotel it's all self catering (you can prebook a food pack but it has just the basics in)
The grounds are stunning though and a few miles down the road is a gorgeous country pub.
