Wembley Parking Booking Fee

I have requested a refund for the parking space I reserved for Coldplay's concert this Sunday 7th September which has been rescheduled. The organisation (the official Wembley parking company) have refunded the £40 as I am unable to attend the rescheduled date but they have not refunded the booking fee. Is this legal? The change of circumstances are completely out of my control.
