I would like search for travel insurance based on claim satisfaction data. Is this possible?

    I would like search for travel insurance based on claim satisfaction data. Is this possible?
    Not really, you could search in general then look on the likes of TrustPilot but you are going to have to do your own effort to seperate those commenting on claims and those commenting on other factors. 

    I would also argue it's not a great metric to use. Some/many that leave poor reviews are because they either bought the wrong product or lied when they completed the paperwork. A basic policy is always going to have more people complaining because it covers the least amount of things but you know that if you bother to read the policy book and some people dont need all the bells and whistles that a more expensive policy would come with.

    Agree with the above, most reviews are from customers with some sort of gripe, those who are satisfied very rarely bother with a great review.
