What about the other questions,  like did they post the claim form pack to the correct address   ? ( because they would have posted it somewhere   )
  • I received other correspondence from Parking Eye but i have not received a Claim Pack.

I don’t know where it has been posted but i did not receive it. Could have been lost in the post by Royal Mail very easily, i have had that in the past.
  • Chill out pal. Jesus. Is this a forum for help or just to take out your frustration on people

Just trying to help you,  because until you know what went wrong, by who, and why, it's difficult to know what should be done,  but I wont reply again,  you must deal with it how you see fit !

If you find the CNBC sent it to an incorrect address, you have very good chances of getting the judgment set aside. If they posted to the correct address, that makes the job much more difficult.

That is the important question here. We are really trying to help you.

One of the vital questions to ask the CNBC was (and is): where was this claim sent?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Call as near as you can to 08:30am, as later in the day you're in for a long wait of 'Your call is important to us ....' and excruciating muzak in your ear!
