Thank you for your help so far, I have followed all the recommendations, and what you said will happen has happened! I recently received two letters on the same day. One was for Notice of allocation to the Small claims Track (Hearing), which orders that my bundle or witness statement needs to be sent to the court by 4pm on 01 October.
My second letter is a Notice of Trial Date, which is set for 21 January 2026. In this letter is says I need to email the electronic bundle (witness statement) no less than 3 days and no more than 7 days before the hearing date.
My question is do I send my witness statement as per the first letter, second letter or wait for the UKPS witness statement first? I'm a bit confused. Thank you in advance!

            Ok be careful here.
I can't be certain without sight of the order, you must check that carefully before deciding what is adked.
It is likely that you are required to exchange witness statements by the earliest date in the order. "File and serve" means send copies to the Court and the Claimant.
Then, prior to a hearing, the Claimant as the represented party should normally collate a bundle containing evidence for all parties. Since they're useless at that, I suggest you plan on doing your own bundle. That can be sent to court 7 days prior to trial, but needs to be at least 3 days prior. Note those are clear working days so don't be counting weekends days.3
