CNBC Mysterious Letter

I have been going through the recommended process in fighting a case against ParkingEye.

A few weeks ago I have my mediation call and offered them zero. The mediator said that my court appointement would come through the post following this.

Last week I received this letter that was completely blank apart from my name and address. The return address on the envelope makes me think it's related to the ParkingEye case and court date.

How should I proceed? I tried called the court but waited on hold for 45 minutes and was still position 19 in the queue so I have up.

I would email HMCTS and tell them what's happened and that you cannot get through to the CNBC.

Well CNBC regularly include letters to other people when we get N180s etc!
Your letter will simply be telling you its been allocated to your local court
