Received a PCN and wanted to check that the advice from @Grizebeck is still correct 'The Parking Operator does not have a contract in its own name to issue PCNs at this site'. I was not the driver. Thanks

Er, I didn't (I'm not the driver) but I'm familiar with the site and have to agree that I'd struggle to spend 4 minutes there....

I agree - but the documents state arrival time 14:00 - departure time 17:59.
So your vehicle spent 4 hours there - was just curious as to how anyone could spend that long there (unless they worked there i guess)
