Tembo ISAs Online Transferring out problems

Hi Guys!
Has anyone managed to online transfer an ISA out of Tembo to a stand alone bank?
I have failed to find a a provider amongst several that I have tried. They do not list Tembo (or Nude that they were previously known as) as a possible new provider.
Tembo customer service is pathetic and have failed to help me with this after many emails.

You might need to do some juggling around. Recently I did a partial transfer to Tembo, but Tembo didn't have the provider I was transferring out of on their list. I ended up transferring to Trading 212 and then doing a partial transfer from Trading 212 to Tembo.

May not help much but CMC Invest list Tembo [Savings Limited] as a provider you can transfer from. Started this transfer but cancelled when CMC reduced their rate.

I had to transfer mine from Tembo to Charter then on to Cynergy! Be warned, you must download your statements before leaving or as soon as the account is closed you lose them.  I'm now in a dispute about interest due for the week after month end, so interest was paid up to 31/08 but money transferred out on 09/09 without the interest for the 01/09to09/09 period. 

They cannot send you a detailed statement retrospectively but fortunately I got them to put in writing the periods each interest payment covered.  But ... they are now disputing it.  

Also doesn't help that your query is handled by any number of different staff so no continuity and none of them seem to read the previous chain!  I WILL NOT be using Tembo again.
