Euro Garages over stay charge

Hi All

Thanks for reading and hopefully you can point me towards the correct template and content to fight a claim from Euro Garages. I have a bit over a week to send in my defence for this claim.

We do use this garage very occasionally, but it is just a fuels station and we would not have overstayed as if we used it, it was just for fuel. They have provide no evidence on how long we stayed and we suspect the ANPR system has not recorded us leaving the site. Should we ask for evidence of this. The car is used by more than myself and we do not remember who was driving at the time.

If you could point me to the direction of the correct template and let me know the correct content that would be fantastic

Give the issue date on the Claim Form and the solicitors.

This cannot be the first communication about this, there should be a whole raft of letters before it got to this stage with all the details on to form a defence, the POC tells you nothing either!

Euro Garages is not the Claimant. Who is?

Thanks..it is DCB Legal Ltd and the issue date was 6th August 2025. I have completed an AOS when received the court papers.

Claimant is Euro Car Parks ltd

OK so plagiarise another thread. These ECP claims are all the same. All discontinued later.

No we mean any ECP DCB Legal claim thread. I'm not suggesting you need to search. Just look down the thread list at thread titles that contain DCB Legal claim and read them.
