"Will try and fiddle with Google translate"
Goggle is straightforward in my experience, suggest as follows.
Type up your text in English using Microsoft Word and save to a blank page - bring up Google translate page, cut and paste into the English half and hit the convert button.
Then save the Spanish version as above.
Use that to send an email to the concert people.
    Should (?) work OK ..........it doesn't I'll erase this message !!!  :D
    Good luck.

Interestingly, I played around with the dates a bit, instead of going Thursday to Monday, I put in Wednesday to Sunday and it gave me the early flight on the Wednesday, however, this suddenly became a City Break rather than a Holiday, and gave no hold luggage. The Thursday-Sunday option has 23kg each of luggage.
It was with BA not easyJet, but Mrs QrizB and me went to Barcelona for a break earlier this year (it coincided with the power cut, bit that's another matter).
When I was booking I found morning flights out were expensive and evenings cheaper, and evening flights back were expensive but mornings cheap. It actually worked out cheaper to fly out a day earlier than planned, and back a day later; the extra two hotel nights cost less than changing the flight times.
We also made good use of the Hola Barcelona public travel pass. Hopped on and off trains, trams and buses whenever we liked. (Came in handy during the power cut when the buses were the a godsend.)

Thanks for the advice. The issue we had was the info we were trying to get the translation from Spanish to English for was on the booking system where there was a clock doing a countdown of 10 minutes after we'd selected the seats. No time to prepare, we had to type and translate on the wing. Fortunately OH was typing into translate on one computer as I was reading the Spanish from the other. Got timed out the first time, but managed it the second time. Tickets despatched to us by email already, so I think we must have worked it out correctly.
