M&S Sparks rewards

Im loyally scanning my sparks cards when I spend my hard earned cash in M&S but not sure I've ever had any good rewards as a result? Random discounts to things I cant buy in my FoodHall... anyone else in same boat? Im just gonna stop scanning soon. First world problems I know,  but I'm interested if anyone is finding this a good scheme? M&S are not doubt getting lots of data from this scheme that helps their sales...

There were some decent things about a year or so back - free pack of Percy Pigs, butter at a very good discount.  But I think for several months they've been having so many systems issues everything has stopped.

Until recently - about a week after I spent about £140 for holiday clothes - I got something in the post saying that to apologise for all the system issues they were giving 20% off all clothing and household stuff but only in shopping in a store.  I haven't yet gone on my hols so all the tags were on what I bought so I took them back for a refund and then bought them all at 20% off.  Obviously if you are not close enough to a big store this is a useless offer - as are a lot of them.

  • I regularly get decent discounts on men's clothing of up to 20%. I also make use of the food hall offers too. Seems to work ok for me.
