The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, at the Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam – the new Minor Hotels property overlooking the Boerenwetering Canal. With bright blocks of colour and bold geometric designs, the interiors draw inspiration from modernist artworks in the Stedelijk Museum, ten minutes’ walk away – the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum are even closer. Across the canal is the vibrant De Pijp district and its Frans Halsstraat restaurant strip.
The hotel has 163 rooms, including family suites. The winner and guest will stay in a superior panoramic canal-view room, in mid-century style, with reclaimed wood and floor-to-ceiling windows. Experiences such as street art and paddleboarding tours are also offered.
The prize includes a travel budget of £300pp for two return trips. It must be taken before December 31, 2025, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
