Leaf Vacuum/Blower

I have a leaf vacuum (see below).  Every time or every other time  I use it the bag splits where the zip is sewn in and I need to buy a new bag.  Surely this isn't normal.  Hyundai aren't interested.  Are there better makes, or can you get disposable bags (like you do with hoovers) that you can dispose of after each clear up.  Suggestions welcome as this is getting tedious and the bags aren't easy to fit to the machine and are expensive if constantly changing them.

Hyundai Leaf Blower, Garden Vacuum & Mulcher with Large 45 Litre Collection Bag, 12m Cable, 2-170mph Variable Airspeed, Powerful 3000w & 3 Year Warranty.

Where did you buy it via their online shop?

How did you pay? Credit card? Sorry seen it is only £45 so not covered.

Better advice might be found on the Consumer Rights Board but I would consider it unfit for purpose and return it as such.

Have you thought about see in a cobbler could repair it, reinforce the area?

Do you know why the bag splits?
Does it eg. get too full / too heavy or does it just tear the fabric when you try to unzip it?

Not too full or heavy.  I was going to unzip once the job was done but part way through it started to 'leak' and a hole was apparent.  It's the second bag I've had and it's done the same - never managed to do 2 jobs.
