YOU BET! PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the You Bet! On Tour Series 2 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on 29 August 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00a.m. on 3 November 2025.

●    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword WIN or WINNER to 68333. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 68333. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to thirteen (13) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number.

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) may be applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds), TUI gift card(s) worth a total of £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds), and a gadget bundle.

 

(i) £60,000 cash

 

This element of the prize consists of £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

Please note that the Promoter will transfer the prize to the winner.

 

(ii) TUI gift cards

 

This element of the prize consists of three (3) TUI gift cards each worth five thousand pounds (£5,000) (the “Giftcards”).  

 

Please note that TUI will send the Giftcards without funds via post to the winner with a cover letter setting out how to contact TUI to have the Giftcards loaded with the funds and activated.

 

The winner can redeem the Giftcards online at tui.co.uk or firstchoice.co.uk, or in any TUI or superstore, excluding Republic of Ireland as full or part payment, as set out in the TUI’s terms and conditions which can be found at  https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/tui-gift-cards. The Giftcard(s) can be used to book a single or multiple holiday(s), up to fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) in total and within the validity period. Any travel products purchased using either a Giftcard or cash are subject to availability at the time of booking and scheduling. Please note that before making a new booking online, the winner must ensure that their Giftcard(s) have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when making the booking. In the event that there are not enough funds on the Giftcard(s) to pay for the initial payment due when making the booking, the winner must go into a TUI store to book their chosen holiday with the remainder of the funds on the Giftcard(s) and cash or card. Once the initial booking has been made, the winner may use the remainder of the Giftcard(s) (if applicable) to make further payments.

 

The Giftcards expiry dates will be at least one (1) year from the date of receipt. The Giftcard(s) are non-transferable and the value of any monetary balance of the Giftcard(s) may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative, or to buy other gift cards from TUI. The Giftcard(s) cannot be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. The Giftcard(s) must be treated as cash, and the balance cannot be refunded if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. The winner may not book excursions online however will be able to do so by visiting their local TUI store. The Giftcard cannot be redeemed over the phone and cannot be used in Republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk. Giftcards cannot be used online for TUI Ski, TUI Lakes, TUI Worldwide or First Choice Ski, and cannot be used at third party agents.

 

Please note that when redeeming their Giftcard(s), the winner must be the lead traveller on their chosen holiday. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the holiday. The winner and their companion(s) must hold any relevant travel documentation required for travel (including but not limited to a current and valid passport). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements of the relevant country. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the relevant country. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise visas for the travelling party if necessary and (ii) ensure that the travelling party has valid travel insurance, including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iii) to inform TUI of any requirements due to disabilities for example wheelchair access or any persons with reduced mobility travelling with the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the Prize; and (iv) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes ground transport to and from departure airports, meals and drinks (other than where specified in the booking), excursions, attraction, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.

Please note that the Giftcard(s) are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.

This element of the prize consists of a gadget bundle including the following:

The gadget bundle includes delivery to the winner’s home address. The winner may be required to sign for the delivery and confirm that they are over the age of 18 in order to receive the prize. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.

 

Please note that the Promoter will use elements of the prize for filming purposes therefore boxes of some items may be opened when delivered to the winner.
