"Premier Park" Parking Charge Notice

Thanks , I didn't know about the keying charge. I've never been involved with this sort of thing before.
The link you provided gives contact details only for machine problems. I'm sure they won't respond to my query about a fine and will just point me to the appeal process.
I'm just going to appeal, on-line and see how it goes. I'll report back here in due course.0 -
Do not mention the word, fine , because its not a fine, its a parking charge notice, an invoice
To be crystal clear, you wont find that word on any paperwork or signs, because they are banned from using it, or suggesting it. Judges don't like it either, when it's used and doesn't apply
You are learning throughout this saga, so it's important to learn the basics
As for not revealing the drivers details, why give them ammunition to use against you ?
Think of it as a no comment interview4 -
"...........the only thing I'm worried about is that Minimum Card Payment notice. That's the only thing that I may have done 'wrong' but why was a ticket issued?"I can't see how they can accuse you of doing anything wrong. The keypad tells you the three pieces of information required: 1 - VRN, 2 - Time required, 3 - PIN, whether you input one or three hours if the minimum charge is £3 it's their software that should work that out not you you cannot alter the charge.I don't know why you are worrying, these are scammers that try every trick in the book just to take money off their victims, they are only a parking company they are not an authority, there is no fine, that invoice is just a ridiculous try on.4

The PNC states the charge remains unpaid suggesting a window ticket.
The £3.00 min card payment looks like a little way of conning/scamming people who simply read the amount per hours they intend to stay.

Definitely not a windscreen pcn to a driver, it's a postal notice and only recently ( so it's not a postal PCN letter that follows a NTD left on a windscreen ! It's much too early forthat type of scenario , not even on the pitch in this particular anpr postal case )3

I've just completed an appeal form on-line and attached proof of payment screenshots and I've received a confirmation email.
I'll get back with the outcome.3
