    Have you actually tried scrolling through the different readings on the meter to see if the ones they are coming up with are shown ?  Gone are the days of a simple 1, 2 or 3 reads depending on single or multi rate, there can be many.
    And as above, try the Bright app to see what you are using each day and at what time, the app also gives the daily use.  And, as you don't have a working IHD, get a clamp meter which will show your live wattage draw.
  • And post a picture of your actual meter
