Possibly 2 Parking fines > Rediculous!!! I hate parking apps!!!!

This one is a great one! I parked at Walsall Premier Inn (Walsall - Waterfront) car park, where I've parked MANY MANY times before. I paid for the location 59980 which is for people staying at the hotel for £3.90 for 24 hours, as I have done before.
Only for whatever reason, it only gave me 6 minutes of parking according to the App, and now I have a fine through the door for parking there for 6 hours, as I took my car out and came back later in the day, I am expecting a second fine through the door as I left my car there overnight also.
I have got evidence of my paying for the parking for 24 hours (History on the app) which I have sent, but the app states that my parking expired 6 minutes after it started.
Is there anything else I can do to get this evidence and get these fines cancelled? I can't afford £60 twice on fines!!!
Regards
Spencer

actually rang the hotel to see if they could do anything and they're going to get the fine cancelled. Which is a win! But how annoying is that???0

But well done, PLAN A strikes again!
Martin Lewis agrees that people should not pay unfair private parking charges. To read the official Guide, just in case one or both invoices don't get cancelled, click on the little red 'MSE link' in the small 'Parking Ticket Appeals' banner at the top of this page which leads to the MSE Guide to fight PCNs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
