Then you're probably doing something wrong, it's the top hit when I google it.Diamond_in_the_sky said:Still no answer and when I google the title of this thread, this forum discussion is no longer presenting.0 -
Did you put the -Has in too, as I think that is where the problem lies.user1977 said:

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried several variations, including yours, and google isn't presenting this discussion thread, even when I view several pages and use someone else's computer. At the beginning, I was able to find it suggesting that what I had been writing was fine. I can't presently identify anything that I might be doing differently.

What exactly are you searching for? As mentioned above, if you include your typo of "-Has" (without a space) in the subject line, that means Google excludes any hits which include the word "has", which means this page won't show up. No conspiracy!Diamond_in_the_sky said:Thank you for your suggestions. If you simply search for "SRA misfiling Wills" then this is what you get.2 -
Hello User1977, I had tried several variations including "SRA misfiling Wills" and it was not presenting, regardless of viewing several pages and using someone else's computer. Interestingly, after raising this issue, today it is presenting. The issue might be something that is attributed to google or it might be attributed to SRA. An interesting observation is that when google presented it today, the text below it says "Always remember anyone can post on the MSE forum, so it can be very different to our opinion...". I assume that 'our' is the SRA.
I presently suspect that my loved one's Will was shredded back in1998 by the SRA when they started shredding files due to them being so badly misfiled by the staff at that time0 -

I presently suspect that my loved one's Will was shredded back in1998 by the SRA when they started shredding files due to them being so badly misfiled by the staff at that timeWoah!!! You're getting side-tracked down a rabbit hole of suspicion!!- The SRA do not have any influence over Google search result order.
- Search results will depend depending on your location and search history - if Google have data on your search and browsing history (e.g via cookies) this will influence the sequence of results.
- The text "Always remember anyone can post on the MSE forums, so it can be very different from our opinion" is nothing to do with the SRA. It is the standard warning that appears at the bottom of MSE forum pages in the "How this site works" section.

Thank you bobster2,
When reading the text :Always remember anyone ...............", I did wonder if it could be part of the MSE text, so thank you for pointing that out. It is interesting how I can now find this forum discussion thread even with spelling errors in my google search.
Yes, I am suspicious of the SRA and I still suspect that my loved ones Will was shredded. When they reply to my queries with clarification that suspicion might end.

Yes, I am suspicious of the SRA and I still suspect that my loved ones Will was shredded. When they reply to my queries with clarification that suspicion might end.Absolutely - the SRA can lose things, shred things - and take forever to respond to simple requests. But remember the saying "never attribute to conspiracy what is more easily explained by incompetence".Google searches are sort of "fuzzy" - and good at taking into account common spelling errors and different ways of phrasing things.1
