Parking fine - Bank Parking

Hi,
I got a fine a few months ago.
id paid for 3 hours on an NHS car park, but was in there for a little over 4 hours. I got a certificate thing from the reception at the section I was in saying I was receiving treatment when the parking ran out.
had the notice from Bank Park limited. Appealed through their process and got a notice saying the fine had been frozen and then would be told a decision.
received nothing else, then got the letter saying exceeded the initial payment window so fine was now £100, not £40. So clearly hadn’t been frozen and probably not read?
trued to contact them through various channels and now getting letters from GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents saying they are planning to pursue through the courts.
we also now live in Thailand so getting sent these letters on WhatsApp by our letting agent.
does anyone know if this here companies do take it as far as the courts?
would the fact that they clearly ignored the initial appeal mean anything if it did?
would I have to go in person if it got that far, as given not in the uk anymore that would be an issue obviously.
any advice greatly appreciated.
thank you

Email the DPO at Bank Parking and give them your current address for the service of papers, insist that they must erase the old out of date address
As you are no longer in the UK you are out of the courts jurisdiction
You could also complain that you have never received an appeal outcome decision, by complaining using their complaint link
Its definitely not a fine, so do not use that word, it was a Parking Charge, or Invoice, for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property, a civil matter
Email the DPO at the debt collectors too, giving them your foreign address and state that you have informed the DPO at Bank Parking too
No blabbing about who was driving or about what happened3 -
we also now live in ThailandGreat! You are untouchable as long as you prove you live there and insist they erase the old UK address. You MUST do this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks both…
never get any replies from the multiple times I’ve emailed various addresses on the parking site. But kept all my sent messages. Assume that’s all I can really do?
but have done as you both suggested.
also for the debt collection service, no email, just an option to send a message from their website, so no proof of correspondence… again, assuming nothing I can really do about that?
thanks again0 -
Bank Park use DCB Legal, so send a copy to info@dcblegal.co.uk and tell them they must file it should their client instruct them to make a claim.2
