Overstay Birmingham Airport Drop-off Zone

Hi all,
I recently received a Parking Charge to Keeper from NCP regarding a 3-minute overstay in Birmingham Airport's drop-off zone (due to queuing for over 5 minutes to leave the car park). Due to the new system, there is no way of knowing you overstayed unless you check the website - given that I was back in my car within 5 minutes, I never bothered!
I checked the NCP POFA / non-POFA example letters, and although I'm not entirely sure on the specific differences, I think the letter I have is POFA compliant - see images below (postie managed to get it stuck in the letterbox, hence the missing piece...). Does the general appeal still work in that case?
Many thanks!

Too many redactions, but no pcn can be Pofa2012 compliant on airport land, because airport land is nit relevant land. You strangely failed to redact your name
There is no mention about Pofa2012, no warnings etc, so it cannot comply with the legislation, because they dont even try to comply, because they can't
So any appeal is based on that fact, regardless of the circumstances, if airport land was involved, so best check the location against any boundary maps, same as all the other airport cases
Then appeal as keeper based on no keeper liability4 -
Use the normal airport appeal text3

Thanks @Gr1pr and @ChirpyChicken! I'll use the normal airport appeal text from the NEWBIE forum, then.
Also, thanks for spotting the redacting error, much appreciated - will correct.1 -

Hi @Nummer_23
I have had the same issue at Birmingham Drop off, there was so much traffic I could not possible leave within the 10 free minutes. Did you have any luck with the appeal?
Could you link here the other threads you are referring to?
Many thanks,0 -

Thanks @ChirpyChicken
Would you mind pointing me to that main airport thread? I see many related ones but not a main thread with examples of the wording to use for this case.0 -
