13k to Install a small second bathroom

I’ve just been quoted 13k including fittings and fixtures to create a small second bathroom using part of my bedroom. The bathroom will be ensuite size, but will have access to the hallway. The work includes fitting a new soil pipe, 2 stud walls, and knocking down part of the hallway wall. The bathroom will also be fully tiled. Does 13k seem reasonable for this sort of work? I am in the process of getting more quotes, but thought I’d ask if anyone else has had similar work done recently? I’m based in Bexley, London incase that makes a difference.

"small" and "en-suite size" are subjective terms. Actual sizes and what bathroom furniture is involved would help.0

Simply replacing the bathroom suite & tiling in an existing small bathroom would cost over £5k so £13k to create a bathroom does not sound unreasonable1
