Disabled seating at Leeds Arena

Just wondered if anyone on here has ever used the wheelchair seats at Leeds arena. I am looking to book seats for a concert and need to book for a wheelchair.
Tickets are not yet on sale and I am considering which venue to book. Leeds is better for travel but it says wheelchairs and disabled seating is at floor level 'At the rear of Blocks 101/109.
Looking at the venue map to me this looks like anyone in a wheelchair will not have a chance of seeing the stage as there will be 30+ rows of people in from of that area most of whom will probably be standing.
Wondered if anyone has experience of booking these seats and if they are floor level and therefore useless if you actually want to see the show.

Floor level is misleading as it make out its the floor in front of the stage which is used for seating at some events.
Floor level at the rear of the block is the walkway behind the last row of seats in the seating blocks on the first tier. The photo is from tripadvisor, Block 108.8

That picture shows the seating in front is layered so the wheelchair spaces are raised above them behind the barrier.I attended the SSEC in Glasgow with the same layout. I was seated in the first row behind d the wheelchair row and the occupants didn’t show any problems with seeing the stage.0
