Clear view tickets being restricted view

Hi everyone
after some advice. We went to see Coldplay on Tuesday and I paid top price for level 1 tickets at Wembley no mention of restricted view. Arrived and we had a tent and sound rig/ camera men blocking nearly all of the runway from the mage stage to the end of the stage.
asked a steward and they said as sold out nothing I could do but contact ticketmaster. I have contacted them today and they have directed me to the event organisers. Surely as I paid ticket master my contract is with them and they owe me the partial refund and they should go to the promoters to confirm claim back the money.
