Has anyone had any luck contacting IG investments, preferably to speak to a human?

I sent some money to my IG account but looks like it was mis-routed (reference auto corrected and I didn't notice - yes I know it's my responsibility).

IG only seem to be contactable via WhatsApp (no response after 4 days) or Chatbot (no response after several hours).

I contacted them on this email  <helpdesk.uk@ig.com> and received a useful reply from a Chatbot. It give the impression that a human would respond to any question that was beyond its power, but I did not test that.
