How do they treat sole traders? Some would count them as personal given its the individual thats liable not a seperate legal entity

If you are registered for VAT why would to take a personal lease contract that you pay 100% of the VAT on.

Surely you'd take a business lease and reclaim the VAT for business use, what they call 50/50.
So you'd only pay 50% of the VAT due.

If the lease is titled business or personal will make no difference to a sole trader and their ability to recover the VAT
