Halifax legal expenses insurance.

We have a home insurance policy with Halifax Home Insurance, Halifax also provide our mortgage. As part of the home insurance we have legal expenses cover. Halifax clearly state that a firm called ARC Legal administer the legal expenses cover. My question is who is my legal expenses insurance contract with, Halifax or ARC Legal?
