Fastest 0% credit card to arrive

I'm wanting a 0% purchase card for sudden high expenditure (which I can afford but would ideally like to have at 0%). Does anyone know which of the current best offers for this type of credit card would arrive the fastest?

Do you not have an existing credit card which to pay now - then get a balance transfer card later?

Physical card or is non-physical ok? Certainly had some cards where the digital card appears available to be used online or added to ApplePay before the physical card appears. 

Barclays was a switch of product rather than a new account but it appeared in the app in a couple of hours (or less, wasnt sat there checking) but the physical card took over a week to arrive

Recently got a Chase credit card for 0% purchases, once approved I was able to use it (online) immediately.

Same.  Applied, approved and bought item all the same day.  

Pretty quick but the physical card took a few days to arrive.
