Ikea complaint going unanswered

Can a Section 75 be used against IKEA, as it is a limited company?

The withdrawal of free business banking by Santander would be a business, not a consumer, matter.
Is the introduction of the charge contrary to the original terms?
It is quite common that new small business banking customers secure fee free banking for a set period of time. If the fee free offer is open ended then the terms are quite likely to include a basis by which the fee can be altered from zero to something else (above zero) subject to a suitable notice being provided. If that has all been done, then the increase in the fee is not contrary to the original terms.
If the free business banking was a "forever" offer, that might be a different discussion, though the matter of "forever" or "lifetime" offers has arisen on the forums in the past and progressed to great length.

What is the nature of your complaint? The first step is always to try and resolve any issues via their standard complaints procedure. Compensation for "emotional distress" is always a tricky one - for starters, how do you quantify it? You may well find they'll offer a goodwill gesture, but trying to claim for "emotional distress" is pretty much a non-starter in most cases.
As to your other question, yes, S75 is certainly an option, subject to the usual rules and restrictions (items cost between £100 - £30,000, at least partly paid by credit card, retailer has breached contract).

Yes, subject to the claim being within rules of S75
Although no update from customer on progress, given thread started 9 months ago.

Possibly, yes. It depends on the nature of your longstanding complaint and also how you paid.
Would you like to share any details with us?

So @ eskbanker wrote
it has been reported that Santander (in the context of their removal of free business banking) have been trying to evade their obligations
To which @MyRealNameToo responded
dont want to label something a complaint if it doesnt meet the FCA definition which requires financial loss, material distress or material inconvenience.
and @eskbanker replied
there
isfinancial loss, in the form of a new monthly charge being introduced, contrary to the original terms. And I then noted that the original terms might well include a provision for the fee at the rate of zero to be varied and that any matter relating to business banking is not a consumer matter.
