Just in case anyone hasn't seen this on the ebay label page:
Due to upcoming changes in US customs regulations, all Royal Mail services to the US on eBay Labels will be temporarily disabled, starting August 26, 2025, at 12:00am GMT.

Something also going on with booking via the Royal mail site.
If you send an item internationally with royal mail the site gives you an option to tick a box saying 'sold via a marketplace'
You can then select 'ebay' and put the order number in showing that the buyer has paid vat on the purchase.
This option disappeared a while ago for the USA.
I've sent an item and now got a buyer complaining that he was charged taxes at checkout but is also being asked to pay import taxes before delivery.0 -

Will avoid making this a political debate but significant change coming into force via a social media post rather than months of consultation, legal drafting etc its inevitable that in a few days/weeks time when it comes into force no one knows how its supposed to work or who does what etc0 -
This might explain the US issue, I posted about the eBay warning this morning. The marketplace issue might be feeding through to the RM site.
