Octopus Agile extra bill

I open the Octopus app more often than is probably healthy. I know I'm in credit by £320 and I'm billed on the 2nd of each month, give or take a couple of days if there's data missing I assume 

Last night, Octopus stick an extra transaction of £37 dated 5th August but a bill hasn't been issued yet

Has anyone experienced this before?  I'll drop them an email later and will see if a bill is generated in the next day or so

I noticed that on my previous bills, that there aren't any readings for electricity but there are for gas.

The transaction always appears before the bill. Wait to see what the bill reads.

Balance history on the web page gives a little more detail than the app, show what period the charge covers ..

Thanks @Qyburn, looks like it's for a two week period in Feb that I wasn't billed for during a tariff change. 

No idea why they dated it 5th Aug

Our 10 days from precisely the same situation has also now been billed - I was hoping that one might pass under the radar, but sadly not! (I wonder whether the issue was caused by the sheer number of people jumping off Agile during that period because of the rates?)
