Unable To Submit Defence On MCOL

I received a claim form from DCB Legal and submitted my AOS on 05/08/25 using the site. I kept a note of the gateway reference and logged in again a week later to file my defence. Now when I enter my claim number and password, they’re not recognised. I tried emptying the cache, a different browser and even a different laptop. On calling the helpline I was told that they weren’t aware of an issue and I should email my defence. I’m concerned that it may go unread. How can I tell if it’s been received?

Just checking: you aren't putting an l (lower case ell) instead of I (upper case eye) by mistake from the password?soulfella said:I received a claim form from DCB Legal and submitted my AOS on 05/08/25 using the site. If not, you can certainly email your defence as an attached PDF document (AS LONG AS YOU SIGN AND DATE IT UNDER A STATEMENT OF TRUTH) but not to the email they gave you, which is probably wrong!
Saw this the other week. Complete wrong info was given by the CNBC. The correct email addresses are in the Template Defence first post.
You will need to check you get an auto-receipt. If not, it's not in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right Are you able to log into the MCOL first of all?
If you can and you scroll down you should see your case at the bottom
Please screenshot the screen you get to
There is an issue where the Government Gateway login and the MCOL become detached)

No ell nor eyes. I think I’ve cocked up by having three Gateways.Coupon-mad said:

See my reply to coupon-mad. I’ll try and contact them to see if it can be fixed. If not it’ll have to be email.ChirpyChicken said:Right Are you able to log into the MCOL first of all?

Sorry but your making an error
You need to scroll down and the claim should be there.( as you have done the AOS)
You then click on the claim number. It should be pretty obvious
Nothing needs fixing
You can quite clearly see on the right hand side theres plenty to scroll down and see2 -
Yep you just look lower on the page to view or search for claims you've done the AOS for which are 'saved'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
