Euro Car Parks - Notice To Keeper, advice?

Hi there, hope everyone is well. Always grateful for the advice and help you all share here, really makes a difference.
My Mum got a PCN ticket for parking in a Sainsburys Car Park and leaving without a valid receipt - she went in to look around and didn't end up buying anything and then leave. They are attempting to charge £60 if discounted, £100 if not.
I understand it's her mistake, should we just pay for this? Or is there a way around to dispute this?

Why is it her fault ? People do this everyday, regardless of whether they buy anything or not
Too many redactions on the picture for any answers, no pictures of the signs either, no location details

All the pictures are is pictures of the car which show the plate, hence why I redacted. It was in Sainsburys, Camden Town.Gr1pr said:Why is it her fault ? People do this everyday, regardless of whether they buy anything or not

The only redactions needed were reference, vrm details, name and address, the car itself, leaving all dates and times and location showing
Its also only half of the letter, plus no pictures of the signage to check the rules1 -
What happened when she took in a copy of that PCN and complained to the Sains Manager? That's PLAN A as you read snout in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.lamarshudubuly said:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
