Skiddle - Events gone wrong

We have recently had an issue with an event Skiddle have promoted via Save the Rave - they went bust in 2022 but Skiddle still promote these events.  We wanted to cancel as the event was advertised as an outdoor festival, then it was going to be held in a nightclub and now its postponed for a whole year with 48 hours notice.  Save the Rave don't respond to any emails and Skiddle wash their hands of any responsibility.  I have noticed many other people having issues and feel something is very wrong with certain events.  Skiddle, i would assume have a percentage of all tickets.  Its not a big amount for us but once you add up all the tickets its a lot and I fear people are letting this go and something is very wrong here.  Comments????

If you paid by credit card, make a claim for your loss from the card issuer, they are jointly liable for what appears to be a breach of contract, No one can be expected to wait a year to see if anything is happening, which it probably won't be in any event. If you used a debit card ask about a chargeback. If you paid by a bank transfer, then you are at the mercy of the organisers....
