Hi
I'm looking for some advice. My husband parked at Manchester Airport car park. He received a fine saying he had overstayed by a few minutes. As he didn't keep his parking ticket (this was a few weeks later) he couldn't dispute it. He didn't pay the fine and now they have sent a claim form for £314.32 which looks like it is from the County Court.
Does he have to pay as he can't prove that he didn't over stay as it was several years ago?
Thanks for your help

And name the private parking company, the lawyers, the issue date from the top right of the claim form too
The claim form will be from the CNBC in Northampton, not from a county court2 -

Who issued the parking charge?
Can we see a redacted copy of the letter you believe has come from the County Court, please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
