Station approach overstay.

So using the advice on here and help from experts I now have a reputation for helping local victims. A neighbour cams over today as they have received a PCN for overstaying in an LNER car park. They waited for 34 mins in one of the parking spots.
The station approach is a through road with parking echelon style on one side. They had previously been told by a member of staff that the first 30 mins is free.
However looking at the sign it is only 20 mins and no grace period.
Any advice on their best way forward, standard template with own 3 &4, or is there a better way?
Thanks in advance.

Same as all the other station cases on here, keeper appeal based on no keeper liability, schedule 4 of Pofa2012 doesn't apply
No blabbing about who was driving or about what happened3 -

See the MSE Guide to Private Parking Tickets linked at the top of this page. It says 'do not pay'.
All stages are explained. Get him to read it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately his wife has insisted he pays the £60 so another victim..
However I now need help with another victim, my daughters neighbour he is illiterate and ignored everything and now has a CCJ. I will ring the court on Monday but there is no way he can pay the sum or to have it removed.
