What am I missing, I can't see the option in the app?

Does it only appear once you're actually at a PayPoint?

Will you have to confirm where the cash came from?  Gift, sale of something etc?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

From what I read earlier this month, the option will be rolled out in an update to the app. As my app last updated on 13 Aug it isn't available in mine either. I expect I'll get the option in the next app update.
  • In the iPhone app, select the account you’re paying in to, then select the three dots in the top right corner. Halfway down is the “deposit cash” option. That then takes you through how to complete it.

I should have said I'm on Android, and the option currently does not appear to have been rolled out, to me at least.

My Lloyds and Halifax apps have updated today, and both now have the option to pay in money at Pay point.

I've just seen it in my Halifax app too. I can't imagine I'll ever use it as i rarely get given cash, and when I do i usually spend it in a shop instead of paying it in. It's good to have the option though.

    Mine is showing now too.

Generated a barcode*, and it doesn't appear to need any verification as to the source of the cash.
