Parkmaven appeals - Lease cases and others

I would advise of of the regulars for any hire cases involving park maven to NOT do the Edna basher template NOR wait for the notice to hirer at all.
When the hire company sends you notification of a pcn received in their name etc you should log an immediate appeal in the free text box giving your name and address as the driver and a brief description of the appeal (for what ever reason)
You should clearly state you were driving etc
In addition to non hirer/lease cases where the keeper is not the driver and the driver appeals a notice to keeper giving their name and address ParkMaven still address the appeal replies to the keeper. And the way to beat this is that the keeper then appeals to POPLA on the basis that the driver is now known to the creditor and they (the keeper ) has no liability - It may seem a bit convoluted but has been working for some time now (off forum)

And it is seen to be priven by this example where the lease firm transferred liabiluty but Parkmaven carried on to debt recovery; letters bombarded the lease firm, who caved & paid £170 despite the hirer/lessee never being issued with a NTH to appeal:

This is worth every regular noting about...Parkmaven
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
