Smart Parking ANPR Fine & CCJ

I only found out that I had a CCJ on my credit report by accident one day recently. I’ve never even parked in one of these car parks and only turned around in the roundabout. I never received any letters or anything and nothing on my windscreen. I read through all of your discussions and forums but couldn't find a post that covered this. I couldn't find the owners information on the boards or how to contact them to get the thing cancelled as you suggested in your forums. And Smart Parking never replied or responded in any way to my requests for evidence and information. I ended up paying the £313 to the Civil Court Business Centre(I think that's what it was called) as it would have cost more to try and appeal after the fact and have to travel hundreds of miles to the court where it came from. This operator got a CCJ on me and I never received any evidence or anything. How does this happen? I've read through your forums for
Newbies and there's nothing in there that I could find about something like this. After I paid the CCJ disappeared off my credit report. I welcome a discussion about this. I've attached images of the boards and the camera facing out towards the roundabout.

If you didn't receive any PCNs, debt recovery letters, letter before/of claim or N1SDT claim form, it would appear that your V5C was/is not up-to-date with your current address.  Don't guess, have a look and see.

I did check this and the address on my V5C, DVLA and Driving license are all correct and up to date

Is the post at your house very unreliable?

Or do you have a common first name and surname? Share the same name as a relative? Could be a mistrace (wrong person). To find this out:

Ring the CNBC in Northampton (you'll need the claim number) to find out:

-  the parking firm Claimant

- the solicitor firm

- the date of CCJ

- the address the claim went to and

also get them to email you 'a copy of the Particulars'.

Email s SAR to the DPO at Smart Parking to obtain all your data including paperwork and pictures etc

Also Email a SAR to the DPO at DCB Legal too

Those missing letters went somewhere 

Ask the  CNBC in Northampton for copies of any paperwork that you are entitled to,  giving them the claim reference number which is on the CCJ 

Chances are that they used an old address, especially if you moved within the last 6 years

but where they up to date when all this started ? 

how long ago did you update ant DLVS records ?
