missed payments - renting a house

Hi !
I'm just about to ignore a second payment to my creditors...
Here's my question and a bit of concern.
I'm renting a property and been asked to leave as landlord decided to sell and a new owners have some friends looking for a house so obviously they come first.
Apart from missed payments, no default as of yet but as you can imagine my credit score is already very poor due to this missed payments.
I found a new property but need to go through the credit check - will this missed payments and very poor credit be visible for agents ? I've never missed a rent payment in the past as I always say, rent comes first.
Is there a possibility of failing their reference checks?

depends what type of credit check they do - but even if it's a standard one the likelihood is that these will come up.
Of course they may just check affordability - so basically your salary / job / outgoings.
you also don't "have" to leave unless the landlord has gone through the proper process...0 -
They did follow the process, so I have to move out.
I'm not worried about checks on employment, salary and previous landlords as they will all be good.
Empoyed for over 12 years with the same company, salary 46K + 12K my partners part time income.
Previous renting with no issues, rent always paid on time, no damage to property etc.
My only concern is low credit score and missed loan payments... I checked online that agents and landlords can only see publicly available information like bankruptcies or CCJ's. Is this correct?0
