Help needed

Hi all I purchased a Samsung heat pump tumble dryer from Currys March 2024, I have contacted Samsung as it has a 2 year warranty and has developed a pungent smell which is left on your clothes when dried, Samsung say it lack of cleaning, even though the filter is cleaned after every dry and cleaned as per instruction book. I still haven’t finished paying for this yet and there is no help from them, I contacted Currys and they said they can’t help, legally where do I stand. On the Samsung forums there are thousands of the same complaint about the dryers. 

Anyone please help.

Your CONSUMER rights are with Curry's. 

(A warranty is somethint completely different)

As its over 6 months old you'd need to commission an independent report to show that the machine is not functioning correctly due to an inherent fault and not something caused by you. 

You can then take this to Curry's and they have the choice to either repair, replace or refund (partial).
