C1 Confirmation form (declaration) help required

Hello,
I’m in the process of applying for Confirmation, but I’d love some assistance on the wording for the declaration. This forum was so helpful in getting me this far, so thank you. However, my first attempt was rejected because (exact wording from the court letter):
“The familiar relationship between the executors is required to be narrated within declaration. Unless the applicant could not have been married or in a civil partnership with the deceased due to the familial blood line relationship, a statement that they have not been married or in a civil partnership to the deceased must be included.”
The deceased was my brother, the other executor is a friend, and our middle names were missing from the will. If there are two executors, does the relationships between all three of the parties need to be explained?
This is what I propose:
“along with [executor 2’s name and address] are the executor nominate of the said deceased conform to his will dated the [will date] herewith exhibited and docquetted and signed by me as relative hereto and that I am the brother of the full blood of the said deceased. I am narrated in the will as [executor 1 name]. [executor 2 name] is a friend of the deceased and has never been married or in a civil partnership with the deceased or with me. [executor 2 name] is narrated in the will as [executor 2 name].
Does this seem OK?
