UK Probate disaster

From day one I received nothing short of terrible and egregious conduct in every possible way regarding UK probate. Neolithic incompetence is one way to describe it. Outright crooks is another.

No responses to complaints, snowflake replies when I registered my disgust and upset, still no refund regarding their screw up AGAIN when I paid for a copy of my grandfathers will and yet another dismissive email from a [Removed by Forum Team] who in spite of the multitudinous issues AND the fact they granted probate with a caveat in place, has still yet to respond.

Regarding the caveat, this was applied and paid for online about 2 months previous. On August 15th they granted probate and at the same time issued an acknowledgement of my caveat with a wholly different set of dates than that applied for. They excused this as a technical error and refuse to respond.

I received no challenge or any correspondence to my caveat and the probate service are refusing to respond, other than some glaringly flagitious individual named [Removed by Forum Team] who stated they have provided me reasons (false reasons and hardly a response) and responses (also false for the most part) and won't engage further and will have to go through the equally praetorian PHSO.

The deceased was an abuser, I was his ex son and victim and he left without resolve and there is no way I am letting my equally repugnant and vituperative ex family do the same.

I believe there to be further procedural impropriety given the narcissism by my ex family and the clear mess of Brobdingnagian proportions caused by these clowns.

This is a mix of sheer ineptitude and outright criminality.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you.

  • Other points are that I mentioned I am Neurodivergent with C-PTSD, that is directly related to the abuse by the deceased and his family, just adding to the difficult process as it is.

Sorry you are on this situation.

You need to remove names from your post. You probably need to take legal advice on your next steps.
