CPM Parking fine while working on building site.

Hi everyone,
This is the first time I have been inclined to challenge a parking fine so please forgive me for any mistakes!
I was recently working on a building site and received a letter through the post saying I now owe £60 for parking in a visitors bay just outside the site gates. All the bays, house etc were recently built by the same site.
I am hoping to appeal this but just looking for some advice to see if it's worth it or not?
I have attached photos of signage and where my van was parked etc.

Obviously no signage and no contract in the area where you parked.
And "No parking for contractor vehicles" isn't a valid contract on its own. This is an IPC company so no genuine appeals route.
Simply ignore it and the debt collection letters that will come your way. Come back if you receive a Letter Before Claim from a solicitor.
Incidentally, that sign in the background seems to be covering someone's drive. Buying a house with a parasitic parking company watching you is insanity!3 -

You're correct It is a new build site and the whole site has the parking signs on driveways etc! God forbid you have friends over for the weekend and they use visitors bays!2 -
