Now TV via Firestick Max issues.

I use Now TV via my Firestick Max and for the life of me can not get the settings right for it.

The issue i am having is when i watch Sky Sports UHD via the Now TV app its seems dark and i have messed around with the TV brightness settings and i can not get it right.

I have a freesat box for normal TV and that is ok so it seems its to do with the settings on the firestick max.

I have gone into the UHD settings on firestick to see if its the bits setting so what bits setting is the best for viewing UHD?

I do not think its my LG tv as the freesat channels are fine.

Freesat doesn't broadcast in 4K, but some Freesat boxes can stream in 4K. It would be good to check you actually are viewing 4K from Freesat.

We had this problem on our Sony tv using a 4k fire stick but the picture adjusted itself after a minute or so.

In the end we reconnected our now box and use that Instead of the  fire stick problem solved.

Have you tried any other apps on the fire stick? Such as BBC iPlayer?

Tried a different hdmi slot on the telly?

Is it just Sky Sports UHD that's affected, are other Sky Sports (HD) channels OK? Is UHD from (say) iPlayer showing OK?

Assume you are paying for NOW Ultra Boost?
