            Not really, because the costs were for hiring representation. And a county court case doesn't set a precedent, it's just seen as persuasive.If you received a VCS charge for the exact same thing yourself you would just have a higher chance of winning and more chance of winning costs for unreasonable behaviour if you cited the case.3
