When I cash in a with profits whole life policy iss the all the money received classed as income for council tax benefit?
If it is, does using it for house repairs to improve facilities for older person use make a difference?
Does it make a difference what part of the year it is withdrawn?
Ie: if withdrawn in January will it be used for last 3 months (Jan/Feb/Mar) or backdated till beginning of the assignment year.
