Hot water from taps but not from shower (combi boiler)

Our Worcester combi boiler (30CDi) has just been repaired to replace a faulty fan. It is now working again, but while we get hot water from the taps, there is no hot water from the shower (not cold, but luke warm). Turning on the shower does fire up the boiler, but the water never gets properly hot. Any idea what the problem might be?

As silvercar suggests, the repair could be coincidentally.
But what about hot water flow temp - has that been changed at the boiler? Do you know how to control it?
Some thermo shower mixers need a minimum 60oC DHW temp to operate correctly, so try that first.
Is the flow rate from the hot taps as good as before? The boiler has a cold supply for the DHW, and this has an isolating valve on it. Is it fully open?0
