i don't think this is "totally inappropriate" at all. & the amount of people that are thanking the original posters compared to the none that have thanked the self appointed board guide tells me that most people agree. IMO.

I can remember when Grabbit was the tidiest and absolute best board on here with incorrect threads being moved (by the erstwhile redfox) within minutes usually.........

Then i'm sure if Redfox was still around this thread would have stayed, after all it was Redfox who wanted the Tesco Mega Reductions Thread on Grabbit, so why not Sainsburys?
  • I can honestly say ive never read anything as silly as this (well maybe once or twice before!!)

Does it REALLY matter that much? Seriously get a grip of reality and just accept that its been posted - if you like it - do the deal. If you dont then move on.

    Jeez!!!!

but that is just one thread where all mega reductions for a particular store are located (more sensible IMO) yet there are now loads and loads of different ones for Sainsburys, Morrisons Asda et al

This board is for short-term, grab it deals only. Anything else, including general supermarket offers (bogof, half price or 3for2 etc) should be placed on the Shop But Dont Drop board.

You again! Are you trying to stop people posting offers? We have lost good bargain posters in the past because of this type of response.

Thanks OP I'll be stocking up tomorrow if there are any left that is!!!!!!!!!

I bought some yesterday at 49p - today the till was charging £1.99

Still had yesterday's receipt in my purse and the checkout supervisor did an override on the price.

So do check your receipts - just in case!
